If you are using RDC PRO 2 and you are not prompted with the Login screen to sign your order then chances are one of the CSOS services has stopped.

Follow these steps to correct the issue:

  1. Restart Your Computer (Start->Shutdown->Restart)
  2. When your PC is restarted Log Into Windows
  3. Double-Click the e222 Online RDCDRUG icon on your desktop
  4. Click on Sign Orders
  5. Enter your login credentials when prompted
  6. You should have an order waiting to be signed
  7. Sign your order
